VetEye Academy provides one-on-one veterinary ophthalmology training and operates this website. The academy is run together with Veteriner Göz Polikliniği (a veterinary eye clinic in Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye), which acts as the data controller for the information you submit here. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us, in particular through the application form.

When you submit an application, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the veterinary faculty you graduated from, your veterinary chamber / association, your institution or workplace, your professional experience, and the photo you upload.

We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not ask for special-category or sensitive personal data.

We use your information solely to review your application, respond to you, and arrange and deliver training. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The application form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that forwards your submission to our inbox by email. Your data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. Please review Web3Forms’ own privacy practices at https://web3forms.com/privacy for details of their processing.

The photo you upload is stored by an image-hosting service (imgbb), which returns a link that is included in your application.

Because this service and our email provider may operate servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, your information may be transferred and processed internationally. We rely on your consent — given when you submit the form — as the basis for processing your application, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

We keep application details only for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, where relevant, to provide training and keep the records required to do so. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand aggregate, anonymous usage and to improve the site.
